JOB SUMMARY:
Provides primary care to clinic patients while practicing within his/her scope of as delineated by his/her education and training.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of Mid-level schooling, as appropriate
- Current BCLS certification.
- Valid State Licensure
- Three (3) years of clinic experience preferred. Fulfills the requirements for meeting licensure to practice
- Insurable for Professional Liability
