JOB SUMMARY:

Provides primary care to clinic patients while practicing within his/her scope of as delineated by his/her education and training.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Completion of Mid-level schooling, as appropriate
Current BCLS certification.
Valid State Licensure
Three (3) years of clinic experience preferred. Fulfills the requirements for meeting licensure to practice
